Figs Carpaccio Salad, something that was very refreshing to the palate. A mix of figs and honey with watermelon and feta cheese. Everything on that plate was palate stimulating.
Yellow Curry Risotto, was nowhere close to the regular cheese ones. It was a creamy pudding made of special Arborio rice, which is the chief ingredient used in preparing risotto. It contained milk, scented with saffron & cardamom that tasted sweet and the rice totally gave it a different texture.
