Everyone loves Superhero. Sure I do! But will there be any superhero without villains? Villains are usually the most interesting part of any story, there is something so attractive about them, their plots & evil laugh. Café Villain situated in West Punjabi Bagh does exactly the same; celebrate the evilness of villains, Joker over batman.
The café resembles like a swanky den for a villain hide out with big leather sofas and super cool lampshade with replicas of gun on it and this iron chains hanging from walls and place is dimly light. They also have amazing rooftop with swings pebbles on floor with this beautifully wall painting done at entrance gate.
One of my absolute favorite from place is Lemon Grass Cooler. A mocktail with mix of lemon grass, basil, lemon & soda. It was very refreshing and rejuvenating drink.Perfect thirst quencher this summer.
Another favorite from the place was Cold Coffee. What was so good about it. Look for yourself. It was presented in a bulb with chocolate dripping down from sides.
(PS : Drink ratio & proportion varies with bar tender , do not hesitate to tell how you like your drink).
Chop Up ! Eat Up !
Before I could get over with bulb obsession, there was a cute little military truck with Vegetable Cigars riding on it. Each cigar was in a shot cup dipped in hot spicy garlic sauce. One thing you should definitely try.
Next item, I would recommended is Tandoori Badaami Broccoli, which was mice and mild spicy , melt in mouth topped with glazed creamy founde with silvers prime almond flakes . Tandoori paneer tikka was perfect in Marination , only thing that turned be off was that the paneer was not grilled properly .
If you are looking for authentic Vada pao , then you can skip Vada Pao Sliders . It is more inclined with burger fusion with mayonnaise instead of vada pao gun powder. I even loved the combination of Paneer Bhujji with Nachos and melting cheese served with salsa and mint chutney. It was a heavy as a quick bite , but can accommodated as a starter .
Coming to mains, do not skip their north Indian delicacies. All are delicious. I loved Tarkari Biryani and hot creamy Dal Makhani and even Paneer Pasanda , tangy taste neutralized with creaminess.
If you are looking for some Thai food, do try their Kang Pao Vegetables with Noodles , I really enjoyed little peanuts with vegetables in sweet sour sauce with very mild flavored noodles . And if you are a pizza lover , you will definitely love your own personalized , portable , plentifully pizza cones.
“One thing you should not miss in The Villain Cafe is their DJ , like it’s amazing . Get you wicked gang and groove yourself. Ambiance check. Valet check. DJ check. The real catch is food & drinks.
